These non-edible, fibrous sausage casings are used for summer sausages, lunch meats, semi-dried or dried pepperoni. They allow for excellent smoke penetration and at the same time are very strong for tight stuffing and shrinkage. Available in two sizes. Both sizes come in a package of 20. - The 1 1/2" sausage casing is 1 1/2" D x 12' L and is enough to make 20 lbs. of sausage
- The 2 1/2" sausage casing is 2 1/2" D x 20' L and is enough to make 60 lbs. of sausage
