The Granite Ware Blancher is perfect for blanching fresh vegetables before canning or freezing them. The vegetable blancher has a 7.25 quart capacity.

Granite Ware pans and canners are constructed of low carbon steel with a glass coating. There are no PFOA's or any other chemical to alter food's taste, color or healthfullness. Made in the USA.
