The NESCO American Harvest Gardenmaster Dehydrator has more power than most dehydrators. Its 1,000 watt motor and 2,400 rpm fan create results in hours, not days. The patented Converga-Flow fan forces air up the exterior pressurized chamber and then horizontally across each individual tray, converging on the core for fast, even and nutritious drying. No need for tray rotating. The Gardenmaster also has a digital thermostat that adjusts from 90 to 155 degrees Farenheit, thus allowing you to set a precise temperature and drying time for consistent results. The automatic shut-off helps prevent over drying.

As needs grow, the Gardenmaster can be expanded from 4 to 20 trays without any decrease in its drying capabilities -- the drying pressure automatically adjusts to the number of trays.

The Gardenmaster comes with 4 drying trays. 1 fruit roll sheet for drying liquids and semi-liquids and 1 Clean-A-Screen for drying small or sticky items. The base and drying trays can be completely immersed in water, so it is easy to clean.
