The Weston Brand Jerky Slicer has 30 stainless steel blades that cut up to fifteen 1/4" thick strips at once. The tapered feed chute accepts whole cuts of meat up to 4 1/2" wide x 1 1/4" thick. Stainless steel combs prevent the meat from wrapping around the blades.
