Most products that we sell are shipped via UPS. However, we will occasionally use other methods if they are more economical. We frequently use USPS Priority mail to ship small packages such as Squeezo parts.

Expedited Shipping: Many of our products are available for expedited shipping. Please call us and we will get a quote for you.

Backorders:

These frustrate us as much as they do you, but with our unique line of merchandise, these are sometimes unavoidable. When we have a back order, we'll let you know. If we don't supply the back ordered merchandise to you soon enough, just request a prompt refund and/or cancellation.

1. All products to be returned must have an RMA return authorization number ("Return Merchandise Authorization Number”) which must be obtained by calling All Seasons Homestead Helpers at 800-649-9147.
2. The Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be written on each box returned.
3. The return must be accompanied by:
   a) A copy of the original dated retail sales receipt that was shipped with the order
   b) The unused portion of the Product in its original container.
4. Use a proper shipping carton(s) and packing material to ensure safe return.
5. Return must be shipped to Homestead Helpers with shipping pre-paid. Homestead Helpers cannot accept shipping-collect packages.

7. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be born solely by the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to trace, insure or otherwise confirm that the Company has received the shipment. No refund or replacement of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
